Rob Clarke

Rob is a builder with more than 22 years experience having completed his carpentry apprenticeship the old fashioned way - working with his father in the family building business. Rob and Lisa operate Cavalier Homes West Coast whilst raising four children on a few acres on the Great Ocean Rd and are proud to have called the Surfcoast home for the last 10 years.

Rob was approached by Cavalier Homes Australia in late 2005 after an extensive search to identify a leading local builder who could deliver the Cavalier Homes experience to the Geelong and Surfcoast area. It was a proud moment for Rob who is passionate about his trade and extremely proud of the product he delivers to his clients. After several trips to Queensland and meeting several other franchisees Rob and Lisa decided to join the franchise business in early 2006. By October that year they had opened their first display home in Torquay and were quickly building a reputation for design quality and building excellence. Fast forward to 2011 and Rob Lisa and their team have finished more than 65 homes, are in the planning stages for their fourth and fifth display homes and have a purpose built factory and office space in Grovedale.  They employ eight staff and have a loyal team of quality tradesmen and local suppliers who are as committed and passionate about Cavalier Homes West Coast as they are.
